Jenny Niemela is the founder of Creative Change and co-creator of Overstory AI, a behaviorally intelligent platform built for Microsoft 365 transformations.
She began her career as a business journalist and later led marketing and change efforts in cybersecurity and enterprise IT. Jenny specializes in applying behavioral science to help organizations drive true employee adoption.
She holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School and executive training in AI transformation from Northwestern’s Kellogg School.

Karol Baumeister
Karol Baumeister, co-creator of Overstory AI, is a strategic communicator and change leader with deep expertise in talent, transformation and employee engagement.
She has led communication strategy for large-scale ERP and IBP implementations, translating complex systems into clear, human-centered narratives that drive adoption and trust.
She’s especially skilled at building change infrastructures from the ground up, aligning cross-functional teams, and creating internal campaigns that move people to action.
